The Remote Access portal has an AI enabled Cybersecurity Analyst agent to help you with your day-to-day activities. The agent is available on all pages via the chat the icon in the bottom right. The agent provides general and features for all users, visit the main AI Cybersecurity Agent page for more information on those. The agent also provides more advanced features acting like a junior analyst, available for organization admins only, such as performing security scans, auditing configurations, and surfacing risks.

Key Features & Sample Prompts

  • User Account Audits
    Identify stale or risky accounts, such as:

    • Users inactive for more than 90 days

    • Accounts tied to personal email domains (e.g., Gmail)

    • Users who haven’t updated their password recently

    Depending on the level of activity and number of users the results may be limited do to the bot’s capacity.

    Sample Prompts:

    “Audit my user accounts”
    Find all users who haven’t logged in for 90 days.”
    “List accounts with Gmail addresses.”
    “Which users haven’t changed their password in 90 days?”

  • User Log Audits
    Investigate logs for one user or all users to surface anomalies such as impossible travel, frequent logins, or long session durations. Depending on the level of activity and number of users the results may be limited do to the bot’s capacity.
