This article explains how to add and edit users in Neeve, and how to manage permissions to control their access to resources.
Add a user
To add a new user in Neeve:
Log in to Neeve, and select Manage (gear icon) > Users to open the Users page. (To learn how to modify the table columns and values, see Customizing tables.)

In the upper right, select + Add to open the Add User dialog.

Enter the user’s first and last name, email address, and company. Optionally, add the user’s phone number. Neeve will automatically generate a username based on these fields.
Select Add permission and then choose the applicable permission type: Access Only or Admin. For detailed information, see User roles.
From the dropdown list, select the checkbox for each resource you want to grant access to, and select Next.
Note
If you select a top-level site, the user will inherit access to all resources under that site.
For Admin users, select applicable sites, or expand each site to select individual nodes.
For Access Only users, select applicable sites, or expand each site to select a group of endpoints or individual connections.

Review the user summary and permissions, and then select Add.
You’ll return to the Add User dialog and the new set of permissions will appear under the user details. You can add other sets of permissions, as needed. Once complete, select Add.

Once the user has been added and the permissions assigned, their information will appear on the Users page. To view user details, click the arrow icon (>) in their row.
User account verification
When you create a new user in Neeve, assigning a password is not necessary. Instead, the user will receive an email to verify their account, which they need to confirm within 24 hours.
The email contains a link to verify the account and direct the user to the Set Password page. Once the password is set, the user will be redirected to the Neeve login page. If a user did not receive the verification email, first have them check their spam folder.

To quickly review user status (Pending Activation, Active, Disabled, Deleted), add the Status column to your custom view (see Customizing tables). You can resend the invite email as needed, which you can also apply as a bulk action to multiple users (see Bulk user management below).
If you continue to have issues with email verification, contact support@neeve.ai.
Edit a user
To edit user details or permissions:
Log in to Neeve, and select Manage (gear icon) > Users to open the Users page.
Select the arrow icon (>) in the row of the user you want to edit.
On the user’s profile, select the Details and Permissions tabs to review user information, and then select Edit.

Follow the instructions in the previous section to edit user details and permissions.
Bulk user management
If needed, you can select multiple Access Users in the table and apply a bulk actions as needed. The action options that appear depend on user status. For example, if you select multiple users with an Active status, the bulk actions that appear are disable or delete, while if you select users in Pending Activation, your options are to resend the invite email or delete (as shown in the image below).
