Meet Robin — Your AI Co-Pilot for Building Operations
Robin is a purpose-built AI co-pilot designed specifically for operational technology (OT) environments. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Robin has been trained on **building systems terminology** and understands the workflows, data structures, and context used in commercial building operations. It speaks the language of your systems — including platforms like **Tridium Niagara**, energy dashboards, and maintenance tools — to help you make smarter, faster decisions.
How Robin Works
Robin operates as a browser plugin, enabling it to understand and interact with your existing OT web applications in the same way a user would. To use Robin, you’ll need to install the Chrome extension, which enables Robin to access page content, click, and navigate through browser interfaces safely.
- Robin observes on-screen data in real time to read tables, charts, and dashboards.
- It can click through pages, extract data, and summarize insights for you.
- All actions take place securely within your browser session.
➡️ Install the Robin Chrome Extension
Once the plugin is installed, you can log in and get started.

What Robin Does
Robin enhances productivity and insight for facility and property management teams by working alongside you in your existing tools. It can:
- Extract data from building management and analytics applications.
- Generate insights and summarize trends across multiple platforms.
- Infer causes of alarms or inefficiencies using contextual data.
- Troubleshoot issues by identifying likely failure points or configuration errors.
- Detect anomalies and commissioning issues in real time, helping you resolve problems before they escalate.
Robin is designed to work across applications, pulling together information from systems that don’t normally communicate. It can also input data into work order systems, saving time on repetitive data entry and reporting.
Built for Safety and Control
Robin operates with strict guardrails to ensure the safety and integrity of your OT systems. While it can read, analyze, and suggest actions across applications, it will not submit forms or perform control actions. This ensures that your building systems remain protected while Robin provides supervisory or advisory support.
In future releases, Robin will include a built-in approval workflow for performing control or write-back actions. This will allow authorized users to safely review and approve changes before they are applied.
