This article gives an overview of the roles in Remote Access: Org Admin, Portfolio Admin, Site Admin, and Access User (non-admin, standard user).

Org Admin | All resources (sites, portfolios, users, devices, groups) across the entire Remote Access organization. | ✅ Can view, create, modify, delete all resources across the org. |
Portfolio Admin | All resources (site, users, devices, groups) for those sites included in their assigned portfolio(s). | ✅ Can view, create, modify, delete any resource for a site within their portfolio(s). |
Site Admin | The allowed resources within their assigned sites, as configured by an Org Admin. Site Admins are subject to more granular permissions, which can be applied in a custom configuration across different sites: All, Device Only, User Only, View Only. Available portal areas: Users, Devices, Groups, Access, Audit, and Profile | ✅Can view, create, modify, delete the allowed resources for their site(s), depending on permissions. 🗙Cannot add, modify, or delete sites. 🗙Cannot view resources outside their site(s) |
Access User | View-only access to their user profile. Available portal areas: Profile (of that user) | ✅Can view information about and access devices in the groups they are assigned to. 🗙Cannot modify anything. |
