Use the Access page of the Remote Access Portal to monitor access across devices, including device logins, users, and session activities.
The graph at the top provides a snapshot of total logins, and you can select the time icon to choose different periods to view. Hover over data points to display the total number of logins for a specific date.
Next to the graph, the Remote Access section highlights key metrics for the selected period, including the most active user, combined sessions, total session time, and the longest session duration.
The selected time period also provides a report on all users' access. This data aggregates the individual activity displayed in each user's User Activity pane. You can filter the list by User ID, Country, or Destination, and download the results in .csv format for further analysis.
To view a specific user’s device access, including HTTP app links, go to the User Activity section on their User Profile page. The details include timestamps, origin IP addresses, destination devices, and session duration.
Select the Download icon to export these records as a .csv file.
